West-facing restaurants replace Atlantic surf with docks and sunset over Isle of Wight Bay. Fager's Island is the lively large-room choice; Saltwater 75 sits farther north; 45th Street Taphouse keeps the meal central. Families arriving from the beach may prefer Midtown pizza, tacos, or carryout seafood to a long dining-room wait.
